Hey there, I'm Alex, a certified Lagree Instructor, Personal Trainer, and now Lagree studio owner. My journey with Lagree began in 2018 when I stumbled upon a class while vacationing in Maui. Instantly hooked, I dove into classes in Vancouver, discovering my passion for the Lagree Method and the Megaformer.
Upon relocating to Langley, I found myself missing the exhilaration of Lagree sessions. Determined to keep the momentum going, I pursued certification as a Lagree Instructor and equipped my home studio with the Microformer.
Now, I'm thrilled to offer Lagree classes at our brand new studio, catering to diverse preferences — from group sessions to one-on-one coaching. Whether you're a seasoned fitness enthusiast or a newcomer, Lagree is an experience everyone should indulge in.

The Studio
Located in Langley BC just off the Trans Canada Highway and 200th street, Pacific Core Lagree is a fun, safe and inclusive exercise space for all. A beautiful brand new boutique fitness studio where you can experience the best core strengthening, muscle shaking, low impact, high intensity workout around. Join our knowledgeable team for the a class that will leave you feeling acomplished and strong.
Our studio is equipped with 10 Mini Pros available for every class. Our amenities include a bathroom and separate changeroom, with safe and secure storage for your belongings. We also offer a cold eucalyptus towel to refresh after class to help you prepare for the rest of your day.
Our front of house shop stocks a variety of unique apparel as well as local health and wellness products. At Pacific Core Lagree we strive to provide the best studio experience for everyone.
Equipment & Method
Pacific Core Lagree is the first Lagree Studio in BC to feature the Mini Pro. This state of the art machine has angling platform technology designed to utilize every position needed for superb muscle activation while keeping the joints safe. The Mini Pro also uses fast springs for quick spring change transitions. The quick spring change allows for minimal rest time between transitional movements to keep the heart rate elevated and the body working.
The Lagree Method emphasizes slow and controlled movements, with an emphasis on muscle endurance, strength, core stability, and flexibility. Class consists of 40 minutes of exercise with deliberate and controlled motions, emphasizing muscle engagement throughout the range of motion. Lagree aims to target multiple muscle groups simultaneously, providing a comprehensive full-body workout and despite being intense, the Lagree Method is designed to be low-impact, putting less stress on the joints compared to some high-impact exercises.
