Want to sculpt your abs and butt? This class is for the individual who wants a perfect peach butt and 6-pack abs. Spend 40 min on the Mini Pro targeting those key areas. Focusing on slow controlled movements This class still follows the lagree method while targeting those key areas.
Sculpt & Stretch
Get the best of both worlds in our 40-minute Lagree Sculpt & Stretch class! This unique blend starts with a powerful 20-minute Lagree workout, using high-intensity, low-impact movements designed to sculpt, tone, and strengthen your muscles. In the final 20 minutes, we shift gears to a calming, guided stretch session. These targeted stretches focus on improving flexibility, releasing muscle tension, and increasing range of motion—perfect for muscle recovery after an intense workout.
Arms & Abs
Want a “sexy back” See what I did there? (and if you didn’t, take this class to find out!) Spend 40 min targeting your arms and abs on the Mini Pro while focusing on the slow controlled movement creating that classic lagree shake.
Foundation 40
The perfect class for those that have never participated in Lagree. Learn principal moves like wheelbarrow, escalator lunge and catfish. Get an amazing workout in 40 min while learning your way around the Mini Pro.
