Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact workout performed using a Megaformer or Mini Pro. Here at Pacific Core Lagree, we utilize the Mini Pro which has adjustable platforms and a Monorail.
The Lagree Method efficiently combines strength, cardio, core, endurance, balance and flexibility to create a truly total body workout. Because the exercises are performed slowly with control this workout is great for both women and men of all ages and fitness levels.

Athletic wear that you would wear to yoga or the gym. Please note that grip socks are required for class. If you do not own grip socks you can purchase a pair in the studio for $18.
Please bring a water bottle and towel if you like and we ask that jewelry is removed as it can damage the machines or get caught

We recommend attending class 3x per week for optimal results, however it is always best to listen to your body and rest when needed, especially when taking a new method of training.

If this is your first time attending we recommend arriving 10 min before the start of class. If you have attended before we recommend arriving 5 in before to get yourself settled on the Mini Pro before class starts

There is secure storage at the studio.

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not have child care available therefore we do not allow participants children in the studio.

We understand that life happens, however for your safety and to not disrupt the ongoing class, if you are more than 5 min late you will not be able to attend class.

If a spot opens up on the waitlist you will be sent an email notification.

If you would like to cancel your monthly membership we need one month's notice (30 days). To cancel please email info@pacificcorelagree.com

Policies
Please arrive early! Doors will open 15 minutes before class giving you lots of time to store your belongings and check in for class. If you have any injury or need to speak with the instructor prior to class, this is the time to do so. Please note if you are more than 5 min late you will not be able to attend class this is for your safety and to not disrupt the ongoing class.
All new Pacific Core Lagree clients must arrive at least 10 minutes early for their first class for an equipment demonstration to ensure safety and understanding of the machine. We are the first studio in British Columbia to utilize the Mini Pro and this equipment is different from the Mega. If you miss the demonstration you will not be permitted to participate in the class.
Instructors are subject to change without notice.
All services must be prepaid and classes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
Pacific Core Lagree has a 12-hour cancellation policy. If a class is canceled prior to 12 hours to the class start time, a full credit will be returned to your account. Classes canceled within the 12 hour window of the start of class are considered late cancellations and charged as if attended resulting in a loss of credit.
Should a class spot open up while you’re on the waitlist, we will send you an email informing you that you have been registered for class. If you no longer wish to take the class, remember to remove yourself from the waitlist prior to getting into class. If you get into the class and don’t show up, our no show/late cancellation fee will apply.
If you have registered for more than 1 waitlist and get into a class, please remove yourself from the other waitlists. If you end up getting into more than 1 class, no show/late cancellation fee will apply.
All participants are required to wear grip socks during the workout. These are available for purchase in-studio.
Pacific Core Lagree accepts Visa, MasterCard, debit and cash.
Freeze requests must be submitted via email no less than 2 weeks before the freeze date. We do not respond to freeze requests over social media. All recurring memberships can be frozen twice per year, for a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of 3 months.
A $20+tax charge per freeze, per month will apply. If you freeze for 3 weeks = 1x $20 charge; if you freeze for 2 months = you will be charged $20 twice (once per month).
All class packs can not be frozen.
